Nutrition is a pre-requisite of a healthy life. Many of us are aware that correct nutrition habits form an essential part in prevention, reversal and progression of lifestyle-related diseases. Yet, maintaining an optimum eating pattern is challenging for many.
At the same time, in the age of social media, we are overloaded with nutrition information which is confusing and at times misleading. Nutrition science, can help bust nutrition myths.
