Welcome to my website!
My area of specialization includes nutrition management of liver diseases, sarcopenia, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes and paediatric health. I am formally trained in the field of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics for my bachelors, masters and doctor of philosophy. Currently I am a also post-doctoral fellow at IIT Bombay, Department of Bioscience and Bioengineering.

An unhealthy lifestyle habit can transform us from homosapiens to homojunkiens.
Intake of CRAP foods (carbonated beverages, refined sugar, artificial flavours, colours and processed products) with limited physical activity and poor sleep quality increases the risk for obesity and chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, metabolic-dysfunction associated steatotic liver disease and some cancers.

Management of chronic disease is a multidimensional approach and nutrition intervention forms an important part of preventive and curative therapy.
Besides, guiding individuals with specific conditions, I guide them on achieving and maintaining their nutritional profile from the first 1000 days till old age.
